(A) There is hereby created a special nonreverting fund to be known as the Next Level Trails Grant Nonreverting Fund No. 269.
(B) There shall be deposited into said fund any and all monies received from the State of Indiana pursuant to the Next Level Trails Grant Program.
(C) Expenditures may be made from Fund No. 269 for costs incurred associated with the construction of the Franklin Street Trails Extension.
