721.01 DEFINITIONS.

(a) "Bill-posting" means the posting or painting of any bill, bulletin, placard, advertising matter or other printed matter, pictures or designs upon any tree, pole, wall, fence, street, building or structure of any kind.

(b) "Handbill" means any bill, bulletin, sample, printed matter, dodger, picture or the like designed to be distributed by hand.
