521.14 WATER USE RESTRICTIONS.

(a) The City Manager is hereby authorized to limit the use of water within the Municipality as he may deem necessary to conserve the water in the City for the health and safety of the residents of the City.

(b) Any person or persons violating this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 12-08. Passed 7-15-08.)
