513.01 POSSESSION; USE OF MARIHUANA PROHIBITED.

No person shall knowingly obtain, possess or use marihuana in an amount of less than one hundred grams, or an amount of resin in a liquid concentrate, liquid extract, or liquid distillate form which is less than one gram.

Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
