(a) No person shall operate a motor vehicle or a motorized vehicle whether the same be two, three, four or more wheels on any bike path maintained by the City unless the same be specifically approved by the Safety-Service Director of the City of Greenfield.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense, and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a second or subsequent offense.
