(a) No person shall drive a motor vehicle upon or through a private or business parking lot, driveway or area, unless transporting an invitee, employee or patron for business purposes on business property or an invitee on private property.
(b) No person shall park a vehicle on any business property after business hours where the owner has posted a sign stating “No parking after business hours”.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
