311.03 TOY VEHICLES ON STREETS.
   (a)   No person on roller skates, inline skates or riding in or by means of any sled, toy vehicle, skateboard or similar device shall go upon any roadway except while crossing a street on a crosswalk and except on streets set aside as play streets.
   (b)   No person on roller skates, inline skates or riding in or by means of any sled, toy vehicle, skateboard or similar device shall ride such device, within the Downtown District (as defined by Section 1155.05 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Greenfield), and on Jefferson Street from Sixth Street to McArthur Way, in such a manner as to create damage to any street, sidewalk, steps, or property of others. This includes such stunts or maneuvers called “waxing,” “grinding,” or “ramping,” or any other stunt or maneuver that causes damage to the street, sidewalk, steps, or property of others.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
