(a) Each Village Employee shall be entitled, after completion of one (1) year, to two (2) personal days of leave with pay each calendar year.
(b) Personal leave days are non-accumulative and must be used by December 31st each calendar year. Personal leave days may not be used in conjunction with vacation leave.
(c) With prior notification to the Employer of at least twenty-four (24) hours the member shall be entitled to take personal leave provided that it does not require the Employer to replace the member with someone on overtime.
