(a) All Employees shall be paid longevity after the completion of five (5) full years of service at the following rate:

Completion of 7 years of services= $.20 | Completion of 20 year of service= $.50 |

Completion of 9 years of services= $.24 | Completion of 22 year of service= $.55 |
Completion of 10 years of services= $.27 | Completion of 23 year of service= $.57 |
Completion of 11 years of services= $.29 | Completion of 24 year of service= $.59 |
Completion of 12 years of services= $.31 | Completion of 25 year of service= $.62 |
Completion of 13 years of services= $.34 | Completion of 26 year of service= $.65 |
Completion of 14 years of services= $.36 | Completion of 27 year of service= $.68 |
Completion of 15 years of services= $.38 | Completion of 28 year of service= $.70 |

(b) Longevity pay shall be added to the hourly base rate and paid bi-weekly.
