(a) Members of the Housing Advisory Committee shall be appointed by the City Manager and approved by City Council.
(b) The Housing Advisory Committee will consist of thirteen (13) members of which representation shall be appointed from the following sectors:

Community Action Agency | Fair Housing Representative |
Community Development Staff | Area Agency on Aging |
Homeless Shelter Agency | MR/DD Organization |
Substance Abuse Counseling Agency | Habitat for Humanity Affiliate |
Jobs & Family Services Agency | Domestic Violence Shelter |
Landlord Association of Local Landlord | Local Health Department |
Realtor | Private Lender |
LMI Neighborhood Resident | |
(c) Members of the Housing Advisory Committee shall serve without pay.
