147.01 ESTABLISHED; POWERS AND DUTIES.

(a) A Planning Commission for the City is hereby established. The Commission shall be composed of such members and meet such qualifications as provided in Ohio R. C. 713. 01.

(b) The Commission shall have all the powers and duties provided in the Ohio Revised Code and as may hereinafter be provided by ordinance.
