145.02 MEMBERSHIP.

The Recreation Board shall consist of five members, two of whom shall be members of the Board of Education, or members appointed by the Board of Education. The remaining three members of the Recreation Board shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of Council. Members of the Recreation Board shall serve without pay.
