137.01 ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF LAW.
   (a)   There is hereby created the position of Assistant Director of Law with duties as shall be assigned by the Director of Law.
   (b)   The Director of Law shall appoint the Assistant Director of Law subject to approval of Council and the appointee shall serve at the pleasure of the Director of Law.
   (c)   No salary shall be established for the Assistant Director of Law.
