133.04 DUTIES FOR TREASURER.
   The duties of the Treasurer shall consist of the duties that are now being performed, those prescribed in Ohio R.C. 705.08 and any other duties as required by ordinance or resolution. (Res. 05-08. Passed 3-18-08.)
