Village Employees may receive Education Pay of $250 for each position related college course (i.e. criminal justice, law, political science, business management, psychology, etc.) resulting in a college degree (i.e. Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree and Doctorate Degree). To receive this Education Pay, the program of study must be approved by the City Manager prior to enrollment and the degree must be earned while employed by the Village. (Ord. 23-17. Passed 11-15-17.)
