(a) "Person" means a natural person or any legal entity, including but not limited to, a corporation, firm, partnership, trust or association, attorney or law firm, and specifically including the attorney and/or law firm representing a party initiating a foreclosure complaint or action
(b) "Vacant" means that no person actually resides in any part of the building on the property, or that no person conducts a lawful business in any part of the building located on the property or that there is no primary structure on the property.
