1324.07 CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION RENEWAL.
   The City Building Department shall issue a Renewal Certificate of Registration to any contractor who meets the requirements stated herein.
   (a)   The Contractor has been issued an original Certificate of Registration.
   (b)   The Contractor has updated his/her original application by making any changes that have occurred in the information contained in their original application.
   (c)   Evidence of continuing liability insurance coverage, Compliance Bond and Workers Compensation in the amounts and forms as is required for issuance of an original certificate of certification.
   (d)   Payments of the renewal certificate of registration fee in the amount set forth in this chapter has been tendered.
   (e)   The Contractor’s record of work in the City does not show repeated violations of the Building Code of the City as determined by the Building official or their designee(s). (Ord. 36-97. Passed 1-7-97.)
