1323.05 BUILDING DEPARTMENT ADVISORY BOARD.

The Building Department Advisory Board is hereby granted authority to establish rules and regulations governing the issuance of permits and enforcement of the building code and maintenance code. (Ord. 26-97. Passed 12-3-97.)
