(a) Mausoleums or tombs either wholly or partially above ground shall be constructed only on cemetery lots so designated. Plans, specifications, material and location in the cemetery lot of such mausoleum or tomb shall be subject to the approval of the management.
(b) All above ground entombments must be embalmed and a protective (Sealer) metal casket is required.
(c) Pricing will be set prior to interment. All necessary permits must be obtained. Twelve gravesites must be purchased per mausoleum constructed.
