Motor vehicles or other vehicles may be operated in the cemetery at a speed not greater than ten miles per hour and such vehicles shall be at all times operated with due care. All vehicles shall be operated and parked upon the driveways only, except cemetery equipment which is necessary for carrying on the work of the employees of the cemetery.
