941.02 REGULATION OF CONDUCT.
   (a)    Children may be excluded from the cemetery at any time unless accompanied by an adult, who will be responsible for their conduct.
   (b)    Visitors are prohibited from plucking any plants, whether cultivated or wild, unnecessarily disturbing birds or animals, breaking or injuring any tree or shrub, marring any monument or landmark, or in any way defacing cemetery grounds, fences or buildings thereon.
   (c)    Sitting or standing upon monuments is prohibited.
   (d)    No advertising of any form will be permitted within cemetery grounds.
   (e)    Dogs or other domesticated pets are not permitted to be off-leash or in any grass area of the cemetery. Pet owners are required to immediately remove any waste or debris caused by their pets in the cemetery. A violation of this section is a minor misdemeanor and a mandatory fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be imposed. Any subsequent violation is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and a mandatory fine of two hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be imposed.
   (f)    No person shall discharge firearms within the cemetery except for military funerals or Memorial Day exercises.
   (g)    The cemetery grounds are closed to everyone, except cemetery employees and other authorized persons, during the hours of darkness.
   (h)    Any person acting in a boisterous and loud manner, or in any way improper to the sanctity of the grounds, may be expelled by the City Manager or his/her designee.
   (i)    All persons are reminded that the grounds are sacredly devoted to the burial of the dead, and that the provisions and penalties of the law will be strictly enforced to keep it thus. (Ord. 08-10. Passed 7-20-10.)
