(a) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter except Section 915.09 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. When any such violation shall be continuous for more than one day, each twenty-four hours thereof shall constitute a separate, distinct and additional violation. In addition thereto, such person shall be liable to the City for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by reason of such violation.
(b) Whoever violates Section 915.09 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. The violator shall also be liable to the City for any expenses, loss or damages occasioned by reason of such violation.
