(a) Any person, firm or corporation desiring to install or construct public sidewalks, curbing and gutters, new or replaced, on any premises within the City shall secure a permit therefore from the City Manager, or his designee and shall at the time the permit is issued, pay the fee required herein.
(b) The City, the County, the State, the United States of America, Township Trustees and the Board of Education shall be exempt from the paying of any sidewalk inspection or permit fees.
(c) The fee for the permit shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Extra inspections will require an additional fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) each.
