(a) In those areas within the City not presently having curbing, gutters and sidewalks, such curbing, gutters and sidewalks shall be installed in accordance with specifications herein set forth.
(b) In those areas within the City which presently having curbing, gutters and sidewalks, such curbing, gutters and sidewalks, shall be open and free from obstructions in particular those areas constituting a component of the municipal drainage system and subject to inspection by and approval of the Public Service Director.
(c) The plans and specifications for the necessary character of the workmanship and the kind and quality of the materials to be used in the making and construction of sidewalks, curbing and gutters shall be provided and kept at all times in the office of the City Manager open to public examination.
(d) All completed work must be inspected and approved by the Public Service Director.
(e) Any material or workmanship not specifically covered herein shall be made to conform to the standard specifications of the Ohio Department of Transportation for similar type work. (Ord. 22-08. Passed 9-2-08.)
