901.01 PUBLIC UTILITIES.

A public utility shall restore the surface of any public road, street, highway, avenue or alley excavated by such public utility. In the event that any public utility fails to properly restore the surface, the City Manager or his designee may restore the surface at the expense of the public utility. (Ord. 21-08.
