771.03 NUISANCE CONDITIONS PROHIBITED.

The operation of any recycling business within the City of Greenfield shall be done in such a manner as to not create a public nuisance by causing noxious odors or unsightly accumulations of collected materials and said license shall be subject to immediate revocation in the event of such an occurrence.
