771.02 HOURS; STORAGE.

The properly licensed recycling business shall only operate and collect recyclable materials during Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and shall remove from the City any accumulated recyclable items collected each day. This section hereby explicitly prohibits the overnight storage and collection of any such recyclable items so collected during each day.
