No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the operation of a recycling business within the City without first obtaining a license to do so from the Mayor, and paying therefor the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) annually. Such license shall be subject to revocation at all times. (Ord. 9-87. Passed 3-4-87.)
