§ 110.027  FRANCHISE RENEWAL.
   The grantee shall own the cable communication system but shall have no right to use of public rights- of-way upon the completion of the franchise term. The county shall grant or deny renewal of the franchise of a grantee in accordance with Section 626 of the Communications Act (47 USC 546) or other applicable law.
