§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $50 or imprisoned not to exceed 30 days. Each day such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
