§ 90.18  LAW ENFORCEMENT DOGS EXCLUDED.
   Any dog used by a law enforcement agency in the investigation of crimes or as otherwise necessary in the enforcement of the law is excluded from requirements of this chapter except as to the provisions of §§ 90.35 through 90.44.
