§ 51.38  INSPECTION OF PROPERTY.
   It shall be the duty, upon request of the Public Works Director or designee, of the Cross-Connection Coordinator to cause inspections to be made of properties served by the public water supply where cross-connections with the public water supply are deemed possible. The frequency of inspections and re-inspections shall be set by the Public Works Director or designee.
