(A) The county shall operate convenience centers in compliance with all federal, state and local law and regulations.
(B) The convenience centers will be open to the public only when a county representative is on duty.
(C) Hours of operation will be posted at the gate and made known to the public via local news media. Operation hours are subject to change when deemed necessary by the Board.
