§ 50.21  METHODS OF DISPOSAL.
   (A)   No solid waste collector, or other person, shall dispose of solid waste except by one of the following methods:
      (1)   Depositing waste at the sanitary landfill which has been approved by the Solid Waste Management Division;
      (2)   Depositing waste at the convenience centers;
      (3)   Incineration in an incinerator which meets all requirements of the local, state and federal air pollution standards, and has been approved by the appropriate agencies;
      (4)   Depositing waste at a demolition and construction landfill which has been approved by the Solid Waste Management Division; or
      (5)   By any other method including, but not limited to, reclamation or recycling processes which have been approved by the Board.
   (B)   Provided, however, that this section shall not be construed to prevent any person from properly disposing of solid waste from his or her own residence on his or her own property in a safe and sanitary manner approved by the Health Director and the Solid Waste Manager.
