(A) The Greene County Board of Commissioners may from time-to-time amend the terms of this chapter.
(B) No amendment shall be adopted by the Greene County Board of Commissioners until it has held a public hearing on the amendment. Notice of the public hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in Greene County at least once a week for two consecutive weeks prior to the hearing. The first publication shall not be less than ten days nor more than 25 days before the date of the hearing.
