(A) Proposed names for public roads or streets within subdivisions or manufactured home parks shall be provided by the developer of the property and shall be reviewed during the plat review process.
(B) Proposed names for other new roads shall be provided by the affected property owners or, if applicable, by the fire department(s) where the road is located and shall be reviewed prior to approval of the petition to add the road to the secondary system by the Board of Commissioners of the county.
