§ 30.39  SUPERSEDING AND AMENDING DECLARATIONS.
   The Chairperson may, in their discretion, invoke the prohibitions and restrictions authorized by this subchapter in separate declarations and may amend any declaration by means of an amendment to, or superseding declaration.
