(A) Violations of any provision of this chapter or declaration enacted or declared under this chapter shall be punished in accordance with G.S. § 14-288.20A(1).
(B) Any person interfering with, or obstructing, hindering, or delaying any public officer in performing their duties under the provisions of this chapter, or any declaration, regulation or plan issued thereunder shall be punished in accordance with G.S. § 14-223.
