§ 154.070  GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Zoning districts established. For the purposes of this chapter, the County of Greene is hereby dividing the county zoning jurisdiction into the following zoning districts (G.S. § 160D-703):

Residential
C
Commercial
I
Industrial
GTP
Global TransPark Overlay
 
   (B)   Compliance with district standards. No land within the county's zoning jurisdiction shall be developed except in accordance with the standards set forth in this section, and all other applicable regulations contained in this chapter.
