For construction in a manufactured home park which is not shown on an original plan or is not consistent with the provisions in the previous section regarding accessory buildings on individual manufactured home spaces, the developer must obtain approval of an amendment to the manufactured home park plan covering the park. Procedure for obtaining the amendment is the same as for obtaining initial approval of the plan.
