Accessory buildings may be built on manufactured home spaces, with the following limitations:
(A) An accessory building cannot be used for human habitation;
(B) An accessory building may not be located within five feet of a boundary of a manufactured home space, or within ten feet of a public road right-of-way or property line; and
(C) Any required building permit shall be obtained from the county Building Inspector.
