§ 152.041  SUBMISSION OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION.
   To obtain an operating permit, the owner or operator must submit a certificate of completion, supplied by the Greene County Planning Board. The certificate of completion must be signed by a professional engineer or land surveyor.
