§ 152.021  SUBMISSION OF MANUFACTURED HOME PARK PLAN; ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.
   In order to obtain a manufactured home park construction permit, the developer shall submit to the enforcement officer six copies of a manufactured home park plan.  An administrative fee of $10 per lot or $100, whichever is greater, shall be paid at the time of submission of the manufactured park plan.
