§ 151.098  PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Number of required spaces.
      (1)   Residential parking. Planned unit developments shall provide a minimum of two 10 by 20 feet paved parking spaces located within 500 feet of the use that it is intended to serve, so designed not to allow parked vehicles to encroach within any public right-of-way or private street easement, for each dwelling unit.
      (2)   Non-residential parking. Planned unit developments shall provide a minimum of one parking space for every 200 square feet of non-residential unit area.
      (3)   Recreational building. One parking space shall be required per 200 square feet of floor area in each recreation building.
      (4)   Accessory parking. One accessory parking space shall be provided for every ten residential units.
