(A) Lot area. The lot area for each non-residential unit shall be no less than 5,000 square feet.
(B) Lot width. Lot width for each non-residential unit shall be no less than 50 feet. For purposes of this section, "lot width" shall include an individual non-residential unit width.
(C) Setback. No principal or accessory structure shall be closer than 20 feet to a public street right-of-way or private street easement.
(1) Minimum side yard: 15 feet.
(2) Minimum rear yard: 20 feet.
