§ 150.44  OCCUPANCY WITHOUT A CERTIFICATE.
   Occupying a building or structure in violation of this chapter will constitute a misdemeanor and shall be grounds for the inspector to have utility service disconnected in accordance with the North Carolina Electrical Code.
