§ 115.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of this chapter shall be considered a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a $50 fine. Each day that a facility is operated without a permit shall be considered a separate violation.
   (B)   Greene County may enforce this chapter by seeking an injunction against anyone who violates this chapter. The cost of securing the injunction shall be borne by the violator.
