Owners or operators of automobile graveyards and junkyards to be established after the effective date of this chapter shall present three copies of a site plan which conform to the standards of this chapter to the Greene County Planning Board. The Planning Board shall review the site plan to insure conformity with the requirements of this chapter. No new automobile graveyard or junkyard shall be operated until the site plan has been approved by the Greene County Planning Board; provided, however, that if the Planning Board has not taken action within 90 days after the first meeting of the Planning Board after the submission of the site plan, the site plan will be deemed to be approved.
