§ 112.40  LICENSE REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION.
   Any license issued for a massage establishment may be revoked or suspended after notice and a hearing, for good cause, where it appears that the licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter, or where any employee of the licensee, including a masseur or masseuse, is engaged in any conduct at the licensee's place of business which violates this chapter and of which the licensee has actual or constructive knowledge, or in the exercise of reasonable diligence should have had actual or constructive knowledge. Such license may also be revoked or suspended by the county after notice and hearing for good cause, upon the recommendation of the Greene County Health Department upon a finding that such business is being managed, conducted or maintained without regard to proper sanitation and hygiene. Such revocation proceedings shall be as prescribed in § 112.42 of this chapter.
