No license or permit shall be transferable unless and until an application for transfer has been submitted to and approved by the County Manager. An application for such transfer shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by fees prescribed in §§ 112.17 and 112.20. The written application for such transfer shall contain the same information as requested herein for initial application for the license or permit and shall be issued to the County Manager pursuant to the provision of § 112.22 of this chapter.
